Strategy That Scales DTC Brands
The harder questions are:
What should we test next?
Prioritize the strongest opportunities.
Which angles are worth testing?
Find new ways to communicate the value.
What did the last round actually teach us?
Turn performance into insight.
What should we do with that information next?
Let the learning shape the next test.
That's where I come in…

Is This A Good Fit?
This is probably a good fit if:
Your product is already selling.
You're already running Meta ads and willing to invest in testing.
You have people who can produce creative.
You want clearer direction on what to make, test and iterate.
This probably isn't a fit if:
You're still trying to figure out if people actually want the product.
You're not actively running paid ads.
You just need someone to edit videos.
You're looking for cheap, high-volume creative production.
You're not willing to consistently test and iterate.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much do you charge?
I start with a flat-rate trial retainer so we can work together, get a feel for the account and make sure it's a good fit on both sides. After the trial, we move into a hybrid retainer + percentage of ad spend, so my compensation grows as the account scales. Exact pricing depends on the brand, current spend and scope of work.
What type of brands do you work with?
I mainly work with DTC brands across supplements, CPG and other e-commerce categories running paid ads.
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. You work directly with me throughout the strategy, testing and iteration process. There are no layers between you and the person responsible for the creative strategy.
Do you replace our existing creative team?
No. I work with the team you already have. Your designers, editors and creators continue producing the creative while I help determine what we're making, why we're making it and what we're trying to learn.
Do you create the ads yourself?
My main focus is the strategy behind the creative — research, concepts, scripts, briefs, testing and iteration. Your existing team typically handles production, but I can help fill gaps through people in my network when needed.
How involved are you?
For the right brand, I'm involved Monday through Friday, staying close to the creative, research, testing and what we're learning from the account. The exact workflow depends on the brand and the team already in place.
